SOST

An Ethiopian story that concerns itself with the African mind and it’s struggles with the mythology and reality of America. This play reflects the incredible subtlety between the spoken and unspoken. So much of what is communicated exists in what is “not” said, “not” acknowledged, and “not” shared. It is a culture that is both foreign and familiar… grounded in family, tradition, and an often unnerving preoccupation with being polite.
